New classrooms

The new classrooms are designed to be adaptable, inclusive with modular setups to support various teaching styles and learning activities. We have dedicated collaborative spaces to encourage group work and interaction that ensures a focused learning environment. Advanced assistive technologies, such as interactive whiteboards, communication devices, iPads and sensory tools, are seamlessly integrated to enhance digital learning and engagement.

Independent Living Centre

The Independent Living Centre is more than just a learning space; it is a bridge to greater independence, equipping students with the practical skills they need to thrive in their everyday lives and future endeavors.

The new Independent Living Centre at our school is a transformative space designed to empower students with the skills and confidence needed for everyday life. The centre features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, bedroom, and living space, offering a real-world environment where students can practice and master essential daily tasks.

With adaptive tools and technologies tailored to individual needs, students learn cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal care skills in a supportive and accessible setting. The centre emphasizes hands-on, experiential learning, enabling students to develop independence at their own pace.

Sensory rooms

Our sensory room is designed to provide a calming and stimulating environment tailored to the unique sensory needs of each student. These thoughtfully crafted spaces feature a variety of sensory tools and equipment, including interactive lights, soothing sounds, tactile panels, and comfortable seating areas.

The sensory room offers a safe haven where students can explore and regulate their senses, helping to reduce anxiety and improve focus. Through individualized sensory experiences, students develop coping strategies, enhance motor skills, and foster emotional well-being.

Therapy room

We offer dedicated therapy spaces for external therapists, enhancing the comprehensive support available to our students. These well-equipped, private rooms provide an optimal setting for a range of therapeutic services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and behavioural therapy.

Designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, our therapy spaces feature adaptive equipment and sensory tools to meet diverse therapeutic needs. By supporting external therapists to use these facilities, we ensure that our students receive consistent, high-quality care in a familiar and supportive environment.

All- Ability Playgrounds

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new all-ability playgrounds, designed to ensure equal access for all students. We now have one playground for middle and upper primary students and another for lower primary students. These fantastic new facilities include ramps, soft-drop rubber surfaces, in-ground trampolines, and a bike track in the junior playground. The students have been eagerly exploring these new spaces, and the joy it has brought to all is truly heartwarming.
